Assistant Manager (Quantity Surveyor)

Assist the Head of Procurement and Business Development in managing market analysis databases across the market.

Serve as the main administrator for the procurement system and support the Head of Procurement and operations in sourcing and tendering.

Update and maintain vendor’s records and documentation.

Collaborate with key professionals to ensure clarity of the tender specifications and timeline.

Enter negotiations with vendors on prices and contract terms.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Procurement, Business Administration, Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a procurement/quantity surveying-related field.

Procurement knowledge, and proficiency in the use of MS

Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Good Communication and writing skills.
