As an Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Oversee the process of licensing and accreditation, audits and compliance, document management, incident reporting, and quality metrics analysis in a clinical laboratory setting.
2. Involve in conducting or participating in risk assessment exercises.
3. Plan and execute internal audits or serve as an internal/external auditor.
4. Be familiar with regulatory requirements such as MOH regulations, ISO, JCI and CAP accreditation and laboratory quality management systems (QMS).
5. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

1. Possess a Minimum Degree in any equivalent fields.
