Job description

The Assistant Manager (Project Control & Planning) of the Real Estate Department will support the Head of Real Estate Development in advising on the planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling of project activities, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning – Assisting in developing project plans and resource allocation, identifying project risks, and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Project Time Control – Tracking progress against the schedule and identifying potential delays.
  • Assist in Project Cost Control – Ensuring all project works are within the allocated budget.
  • Assist in Project Document Control – Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
  • Assist in Tender Process – Participating in all tender processes and documentation.
  • Assist in Project Quality Control – Reviewing all samples of quality, workmanship, and accuracy to shop-drawing.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the field of Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Building Engineering, and has completed at least 1 Residential or Hospitality Project.
  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil, or Building Engineering.
