Programme Management and Delivery Specialist

Reporting to the Assistant Director, this role oversees all operational aspects of programme management and delivery within Nanyang Executive Education (NEE).

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end programme management and delivery, encompassing customer inquiries, lead management, course applications, funding compliance, onsite support, and liaison with stakeholders.
• Prompt and professional follow-up with prospective clients/participants to ensure a positive experience.
• Multiprogramme management and high-volume application handling, prioritizing tasks under tight timelines.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills to address unexpected situations arising before or during programme delivery.
• Familiarity with technology and ability to adapt to online platforms or hybrid learning modes on short notice.
• Compliance with Skillsfuture funding framework, adhering to SSG guidelines and regulations.
• Data analysis to draw insights, improve operations, and inform decision-making.
• Assistance in project initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• At least 4 years' experience in programme management, event management, or customer service roles, preferably from a fast-paced organization or educational/CET environment.
• Proficiency in office software, including MS Office, Zoom, and Teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail.
• Pleasant disposition and professional demeanor.

Estimated Salary:

SGD $60,000 - SGD $80,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will be reporting to the Assistant Director at Nanyang Technological University (NTU). The estimated salary range for this position is SGD $60,000 - SGD $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
