As an Assistant Manager (People Development), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Create and maintain databases to track learning data.
Use analytical tools to analyze learning data and identify trends.
Generate reports on key metrics like budget usage and training effectiveness.
Streamline L&D team workflows to improve efficiency, such as automating data transfer between platforms.
Reduce redundant tasks and increase productivity.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field like data science, information systems, or business.
At least 5 years of experience in data management, analysis, or a similar role, ideally within L&D.
Good experience with data analysis tools.
