As an Assistant Manager (People Development), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Create and maintain databases to track learning data.
• Use analytical tools to analyze learning data and identify trends.
• Generate reports on key metrics like budget usage and training effectiveness.
• Streamline L&D team workflows to improve efficiency, such as automating data transfer between platforms.
• Reduce redundant tasks and increase productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field like data science, information systems, or business.
• At least 5 years of experience in data management, analysis, or a similar role, ideally within L&D.
• Good experience with data analysis tools.
