Assistant Manager (Operations & Hospitality) - #HHW

Job Scope:

1. Ensure all hospitality policies are implemented.
2. Build meaningful and professional relationships with residents and family members.
3. Ensure all households are equipped with clean linens, kitchen items, etc., for a comfortable stay.
4. Ensure family members are updated on the residents' well-being in terms of activities, outdoor events, etc.
5. Handle complaints when necessary.
6. Conduct essential hospitality training for Care Staff.
7. Supervise and evaluate Care Staff service delivery.
8. Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently.
9. Prepare reports for Head, Hospitality review.

Job Requirement:

1. Minimum Diploma and above in any qualifications.
2. Prior experience in hotel/hospitality industry is an added advantage.
3. Able to start work immediately or within a short notice.
