Job description

We are looking for a highly organized and driven Assistant Manager to support the strategic and operational functions of the Medical Affairs Office. This role is ideal for individuals with strong coordination skills and a background in administrative leadership within healthcare or complex organizations.

As the Assistant Manager, you will play a critical role in managing medical documentation, audits, performance reviews, and liaising with various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of medical affairs programs and initiatives
  • Manage clinical documentation, credentialing, and medical staff records
  • Assist with internal audits, compliance checks, and quality assurance processes
  • Coordinate performance evaluation exercises and appraisal documentation
  • Liaise with internal departments to streamline administrative workflows
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management review

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare administration or medical affairs
  • Familiarity with medical credentialing, audit frameworks, and performance management preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Meticulous, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
