Plan and support the launch of consumer promotions to drive business goals.
Work closely with the business team and deep dive into data insights to develop sound business cases and provide recommendations on promotion mechanics to achieve business goals
Develop promotion strategy and calendar to optimise efficiency in driving sales, with regular tracking of sales performance and the ability to drive action plans and make key decisions to pivot and optimise promotions to achieve business targets.
Work with external creative and/or internal designers to conceptualise and develop breakthrough creative and support the end-to-end campaign execution.
Plan and optimise monthly and quarterly promotions calendar, based on insights and performance of the promotions and provide recommendations on promotion mechanics and flighting of promotions.
Work with stakeholders to ensure that promotion mechanics are set up, tested and displayed correctly to ensure content accuracy
Work with stakeholders to ensure system readiness to deliver the campaign requirements, and conduct user-testing for the promotion system.
Work with Legal and Compliance to ensure compliance with regulations.
Ability to oversee multiple projects independently and competently with a keen eye for details.
Track and update budgets, timelines, and stakeholder approvals.
Monitor the campaign performance using various metrics and prepare post-campaign analysis
Monitor competitors' promotions on an ongoing basis to ensure competitive offerings.
Handling of administrative matters relating to campaigns such as gifts and vouchers management, appeals management, procurement and budget tracking
Requirements:
Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive
Good business acumen
5 to 7 years of product marketing or promotion marketing experience will be preferred
Proven track record of solid project management skills, delivering projects within deadlines and budgets
Ability to analyse sales data and consumer trends to understand the behaviour of customers, translating them into actionable inputs for marketing promotions.
A portfolio that has demonstrated a keen understanding and proper application of marketing concepts and processes with a proven track record of launching successful programs that have contributed to revenue growth
