Assistant Manager/Manager - Singapore - Jones Lang Lasalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Research & Consultancy to drive innovative solutions for our clients. The successful candidate will oversee complex research projects, develop strategic partnerships, and contribute to the growth of our consultancy practice.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Department Head in developing and implementing a research strategy that is aligned with organisational goals
2. Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the Singapore capital market to inform research direction
3. Manage the Singapore Capital Markets database
4. Ensure timely and meticulous updating of deals and integration with JLL's global database platform
5. Identify and analyse investment trends including capital flows and profiles of buyers and sellers
6. Oversee multiple high-value research projects simultaneously
7. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality research outputs and client deliverables
8. Collaborate with a team of local and regional researchers and consultants
9. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
10. Build and maintain strong client relationships
11. Support JLL's internal and external clients on their business needs/requests
12. Act as the primary point of contact for the Singapore capital market research
13. Maintain the Singapore property investment market slides (quarterly basis) to support the larger Singapore business
14. Support media enquiries/press releases on the Singapore property investment market
15. Identify and pursue new business opportunities
16. Contribute to proposal development and pitch presentations
17. Produce and present research findings at industry conferences and events
18. Author, independently or jointly, white papers, occasional market commentary including blogs to profile the Singapore capital market business
19. Ensure the use of robust research methodologies across all projects
20. Implement and maintain quality control processes
21. Meet or exceed revenue targets for the research & consultancy

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Data Science, Real Estate)
2. 3-5 years of experience in research consultancy
3. Proven track record of managing large-scale research projects and teams
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent communication and presentation abilities
6. Deep understanding of research methodologies and best practices
7. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
8. Experience in business development and proposal writing
9. Proactive, detail-oriented, and professional
10. A willingness and desire to take a leadership role
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel
