Expanding Preschool Operations in Singapore
Responsibilities:
Review operation documents to ensure they are kept up to date with the latest regulations and industry practices.
Guide the principals to ensure school compliance and commitment to ECDA Childcare Regulatory standards and licensing requirement.
Conduct compliance briefing for new principals.
Conduct safety, hygiene and quality checks on school at least once a year.
Manage and lead quality-related projects that will improve the schools' process.
Be the main point of contact working with the Branch Directors under the Licensee programme.
Monitor and raise any quality/ licensee related matters/ disputes to the management team.
Protect the intellectual property rights of the licensee and ensure proper documentation and return of intellectual property upon termination.
Reporting to the Head of Quality.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood/Education
Minimum 3 years and above of experience in the preschool industry
Ability to empathise and communicate with employees of all levels;
Ability to be flexible operationally to meet the needs of a multi-cultural, diversified, and fast-growing organisation.
