1. Support Strategic Communications Execution
Assist the HOD in implementing key corporate communications strategies across external and internal channels.
Provide tactical support in developing communication materials such as press releases, media statements, speeches, and executive messaging.
2. Media Relations & Publicity
Coordinate day-to-day media outreach efforts and support media handling during campaigns and crises.
Work with public relations and integrated comms agencies to secure earned media and strengthen media relations.
Monitor media coverage and provide timely updates, identifying opportunities and potential risks to brand reputation.
3. Brand Management & Messaging
Ensure consistent, aligned messaging across all corporate channels and communications touchpoints.
Safeguard brand integrity and contribute to efforts that strengthen brand reputation through every public-facing initiative.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to localize messaging for business unit needs.
4. Social Media & Content Development
Manage the company’s LinkedIn, working closely with content creators and KOLs.
Develop and schedule content that enhances brand visibility and promotes thought leadership.
Create corporate write-ups and content for both internal and external communications.
5. CSR & Campaign Execution
Support the planning and execution of CSR initiatives that reflect company values and contribute to long-term brand reputation and community goodwill.
Coordinate end-to-end logistics, communications, and post-event reporting for CSR and brand campaigns.
6. Crisis Communications & Reputation Monitoring
Assist in drafting crisis communication responses and supporting real-time reputation management.
Maintain and update crisis communication protocols under HOD’s guidance.
Monitor public sentiment and media for early detection of issues that may impact brand reputation.
7. Communications Planning & Performance Tracking
Support the HOD in developing integrated communications plans and calendars and executing the activities
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reporting dashboards with insights and recommendations to optimize future efforts.
Bachelor’s degree in mass communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong track record in corporate marketing, media relations and securing earned media.
Experience supporting business units in marketing communications efforts, including social media and KOL management, integrated campaign development and execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
