As an Assistant / Manager (Facilities Management and Biomedical Engineering), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Provide support to the biomedical engineering and facilities management department
Ensure the maintenance, repair and upkeep of all physical assets and properties of the organization, including the biomedical equipment
Develop, implement, monitor, and be accountable for policies and procedures
Manage all facility and equipment projects and renovations
Source, negotiate, and renew all relevant contracts, permits, and licenses
Ensure all facilities and equipment are compliant with all statutory regulations
Perform and follow up on audit findings and recommendations
Implement and monitor the emergency management, business continuity plan (BCP), and enterprise risk management (ERM)
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Biomedical Engineering / Facilities Management
At least 5 years of relevant working experience
Strong knowledge of managing facilities and biomedical equipment
Able to think and work independently, with minimal supervision
Meticulous in attending to incidents and ability to work with tight deadlines
