Assistant Manager (Inpatient Operations)

Are you an organized, proactive, and service-oriented professional looking to play a key role in hospital operations? We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Inpatient Operations to oversee daily ward operations, enhance patient services, and drive key infrastructure projects.

What You’ll Do:

Manage inpatient ward operations – Oversee ward reception, administrative matters, and collaborate with clinical teams for smooth operations.
Drive process improvements – Review and enhance workflows to improve customer experience, efficiency, and resource utilization.
Lead hospital infrastructure projects – Work with stakeholders to plan and execute ward renovations and building improvements with minimal disruptions.
Monitor performance & service quality – Track key performance indicators, customer satisfaction, and implement service recovery when needed.
Support strategic planning – Contribute to hospital-wide initiatives, budgeting, and special projects for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Degree in any discipline (healthcare experience is a plus!)

2. Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

4. Project management experience with a keen eye for hospital/ clinical operations

5. A positive, proactive, and customer-focused mindset

6. Ability to multi-task, work independently, and collaborate in a team
