Assistant Manager, Human Resources (Business Partnering|3PL Industry)

Working Location: East Region - Changi South

Company Transport: Aft Pasir Ris St 53 BS; Ang Mo Kio, Bedok, Punggol, Sengkang, Tampines, Yishun, Woodlands

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 0830 - 1815

Responsibilities:

• Align HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance and HR policy interpretation to line supervisors and managers.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Manage and review salary benchmarking, annual increments, bonuses, and allowances, ensuring compensation and benefits strategies remain competitive and maintain internal equity.
• Handle employee relations, including grievance handling, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Review and improve HR workflows, policies, and procedures, implementing productivity initiatives to motivate employees and drive business performance.
• Drive and coordinate employee engagement and wellness activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business/HR-related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR Business Partnering.
• Experience managing approximately 400 blue-collar employees in medium to large-sized firms.
• Strong personal presence and credibility, with excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under time pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Singaporean only.
