SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Partner to join our team. In this role, you will partner department heads and hiring managers to manage the end-to-end HR cycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and optimising employee performance and engagement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their manpower needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Develop and implement effective manpower planning and recruiting strategies aligned with the organisation’s goals and workforce planning needs.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Performance Management

  • Support in the development, implementation, and review of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Engage division heads and managers on employee performance issues and provide advice on HR related matters.

High-Volume Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle for large, dynamic workforce, ensuring seamless processes from recruitment to offboarding. Manage and streamline high-volume HR activities while maintaining consistency and quality throughout.

Employee Engagement and Retention

  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, such as recognition programs and feedback mechanisms.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee turnover and recommend retention strategies.

HR Projects and Processes

  • Execute and oversee HR projects, systems, and processes to match business requirements and objectives.
  • Review existing HR processes to identify areas of improvement and drive initiatives that contribute to the overall HR efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labour policies, employment laws, and legislations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Strong proficiency in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making. Capacity to think innovatively and outside conventional boundaries.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills. Adept at multitasking and prioritisation.
  • Strong adaptability to change and openness to new technologies and processes.
  • Proactive and resourceful team player with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
  • Mature temperament, demonstrates initiative, independence, and a robust sense of responsibility.
  • Thrives in dynamic environments and uncertain situations.
  • At least 7 years of relevant HR business partner experience. For more experienced hires, we will take your work experience into considerations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite applications and HRIS.
  • Good understanding of relevant labour policies, employment laws, and legislation.
