Our client is one of the leading players in the Semiconductor sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an Assistant / Manager, HR to be part of their HR team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East – easily accessible.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring processes and employee onboarding.
Payroll Processing: Handle monthly payroll, statutory contributions, and CPF submissions.
Work Pass Management: Oversee applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes.
Employee Relations: Address grievances and ensure compliance with employment laws.
HR Administration: Maintain employee records, track leave manually, and update policies as needed.
Training & Development: Organize training sessions and maintain training records.
Minimum Diploma in relevant field
Minimum 3-5 years of full spectrum HR experience
Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
