Assistant Manager, Healthcare Infrastructure & Facilities Planning

What you'll be doing

• Lead and support the planning, design, and execution of healthcare facility projects
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are captured and implemented effectively
• Oversee the procurement of consultancy and construction packages, ensuring timely execution and budget adherence.
• Develop and implement project governance frameworks, policies, and technical standards
• Coordinate and track project timelines, approvals, and milestone documentation
• Ensure regulatory compliance, including fire safety, Green Mark certification, and workplace safety
• Manage facilities maintenance programs and oversee service partners and contractors
• Provide technical and operational support for medical equipment planning, infrastructure development, and post-construction activities
• Support hospital development initiatives through strategic budgeting, manpower planning, and operational readiness
• Conduct feasibility studies for hospital rejuvenation projects and develop sustainable infrastructure solutions
• Perform secretariat duties and other tasks as assigned

What we're looking for

• Degree in Architecture/ Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Facilities Management or related studies
• 3 - 6 years of experience in healthcare infrastructure planning, facilities management, or project management
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory requirements, and technical standards
• Excellent stakeholder management, coordination skills and project management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities
