Assistant Manager, Fund Finance

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and coordinate loan closings and daily operations in partnership with internal back-office and treasury teams
2. Conduct ongoing credit monitoring, including preparing annual rating review reports
3. Perform KYC/AML investigations for both new and existing clients
4. Analyze investor profiles to support credit approval processes for fund finance transactions
5. Prepare internal reports on performance, accounting, and risk metrics for the SG Branch and the Head Office
6. Collaborate on strategic fund finance initiatives and support their implementation
7. Act as a key point of contact for internal audits, ensuring readiness and effective communication
8. Contribute to various projects and assignments as needed, gaining exposure to multiple aspects of fund finance

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

1. 5 years of experience in loan operations and the broader financial industry—ideally within fund finance, structured finance, or corporate finance
2. Hands-on experience in middle or back-office loan operations at a bank
3. Strong analytical mindset and writing skills, with the ability to craft insightful credit analysis reports
4. In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and operational culture
5. Familiarity with institutional policies and procedures (credit, compliance, employment, etc.)
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
