Assistant Manager (Financial Risk Management) @ Central / Up $8500

Location: Mapletree Business City

Working hours: 8:30am - 6:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the team members to develop and implement risk management frameworks and tools to support management decision making
• Perform risk analysts & research, and independently lead and manage projects and team to ensure successful implementation on a timely basis
• Interact with asset, investment, treasury and finance teams to better understand and analyse risk impact and financial analysis for the company
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments for investments and assets across the Group’s portfolio.
• Provide independent risk assessments on potential acquisitions and divestments
• Review methodology and set hurdle rates for purpose of investment benchmarking
• Undertake financial modelling and prepare quarterly risk reports and presentations for risk committees and board of directors
• Assist with any other adhoc duties/ projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business and/ or Economics.
• At least 4-8 years of relevant working experience in quantitative risk management related.
• Prior experience in Real Estate Industry is advantageous.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent excel modelling skills.
• Attentive to details and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
