Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), University of the Arts Singapore, an esteemed arts institution with a global reputation seeks an administratively strong Assistant Manager (Digital Marketing) at the Strategic Communications Office.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will support the execution of the academy’s marketing, communication, and content strategies across digital and traditional platforms. This includes editing content and managing social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook and YouTube, as well as Chinese social media channels (WeChat, xiaohongshu, etc).
Content Strategy & Creation: Work with the digital marketing agency to develop content strategies to drive engagement on our social platforms targeting prospective students and industry partners. Oversee the creation of multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and written posts, ensuring high-quality and engaging material that resonates with the target audience.
Campaign Management: Support marketing campaigns by generating content tailored for social media that enhances reach and campaign effectiveness.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and social media trends, and platform updates to incorporate into the academy’s digital media strategy.
Enrolment Events and Activities: Assist in the execution of the academy’s enrolment activities such as Open House and other events, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
Candidate will ideally need to have a pulse on the latest digital marketing strategies, social media trends and viral content with a knack for creating engaging and shareable content. The ideal candidate needs to be data-driven, analytically minded, and possess an excellent command of both English and Mandarin, with experience in crafting content for Gen Z audiences.
