The Assistant Manager for Digital Marketing will lead and mentor the Social Media team of 2, develop and identify growth opportunities.
Project manager and content guardian of MFLG’s website to ensure accurate and updated information.
Manage and work closely with the Digital Agency to grow MFLG’s social media presence with strong content strategies.
Oversee development of brand website. To work closely with various stakeholders (e.g. system vendors, IT department, business units etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
Implement digital marketing strategies to optimize performance and ultimately increase online sales and web presence.
Social media management through content marketing and engagement waves to increase fan base and engagement rate on Facebook & Instagram accounts.
Develop SEM always-on campaigns to drive more conversion to online sales.
Tracking of ROI and lead generation to improve SEO traffic to MFLG website and online store.
Develop an email marketing content calendar with promotional updates and disseminate across to online/web subscribers.
Manage, strategize and review plans for MFLG online store.
Measure the effectiveness and impact of current digital marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis for further optimization.
Review of digital performance to continuously enhance MFLG’s brand visibility and fan-engagement.
Job Requirements
Bachelor of Business, Marketing or Communications.
At least 5 to 7 years of Digital Marketing experience, and 2 to 3 years of experience in leading a small team.
Creative and detail-oriented, with strong copywriting skills and an eye for design and content.
Excellent project management skills, with an ability to consistently deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget.
Proficient in online analytical tools, with a strong ability to use data and metrics for decision-making and optimization.
Passionate about digital marketing, staying current with the latest trends and best practices.
Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and time management skills, with a focus on delivering results.
