You will be a member of the 24x7 Enterprise Infrastructure team providing system management services to manage Windows servers, VMware, Azure, Active Directory and related AD services, Office 365, VPN, IT Operation Management, network (building network), and other related hardware. You will provide level 3 support to the End User Computing team and lead and support IT infrastructure projects to enhance PSA’s ICT Infrastructure. Your role includes automating processes or making suggestions to the workflow to provide more proactive services and monitoring for all systems. You will also provide dashboards to better manage the system. As part of your portfolio, you will work with other infrastructure teams and external IT service providers to troubleshoot IT-related issues.
Requirements:
Possess a degree in Computing, Computer Science/Engineering, or IT
At least 5 to 7 years of IT infrastructure support
Experience in maintaining and managing Microsoft technologies - Azure cloud services, Office365, Active Directory (ADFS, DHCP, CA, DNS, RMS), Exchange Service (O365), System Center
