As a member of the Procurement team, you will purchase Corporate services, related goods and direct purchases to meet PSA's requirements for cost effectiveness, quality standards, and timeliness. You will draft contract documents detailing in full contractors' responsibilities and liabilities while safeguarding PSA’s interests. Additionally, you will work closely with the user departments to prepare tender documents to ensure clear and detailed specifications that will fit business needs. You will also perform analysis of the tender submissions and negotiate with suppliers to select the best value offer for the organization.

Requirements

1. Possess a degree with at least 3 years of experience in sourcing and procurement.
2. A good understanding of strategic sourcing, tendering process, contract management, contract negotiation, and contract governance.
3. Excellent communication skills, effective influencing skills, and skilled in contract negotiations.
4. Able to establish good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet PSA’s business needs.
5. Resourceful, driven, and able to drive innovation, champion change, and work collaboratively to achieve results.
6. Experience with e-procurement software/platforms preferred (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, etc.).
7. Candidates with experience in the procurement of Corporate services and products are preferred.
8. Those with CIPS certification will have an added advantage.
