Job Description

Venture Investment & Startup Collaboration (50%)

1. Support startup scouting, evaluation, and due diligence for investments aligned with company sustainability and innovation strategies.
2. Assist in financial modeling, market research, and investment structuring for potential deals.
3. Engage with startup founders, industry partners, and venture capital networks to explore strategic partnerships.
4. Track and support portfolio companies, facilitating collaboration opportunities within Company Group.

Business Development – Decarbonization (50%) – Electrification & Energy Transition Projects

1. Support the development of electrification projects, including energy storage solutions, onshore power supply (OPS), and port decarbonization initiatives.
2. Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis for energy transition opportunities in company assets and operations.
3. Engage with stakeholders, including regulators, energy companies, and technology providers, to structure partnerships.
4. Assist in investment assessments for energy storage solutions such as vanadium flow batteries and microgrid applications.
5. Develop business proposals and coordinate pilot projects for electrification and low-carbon energy solutions.

Job Requirement

• 3–5 years of experience in venture capital, corporate investment, or business development in energy transition or maritime/logistics.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial analysis, investment due diligence, and market research.
• Knowledge of decarbonization technologies, energy storage solutions, and maritime electrification trends.
• Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, including startups, regulators, and infrastructure partners.
• Strong communication, project management, and strategic thinking skills.
