Job Responsibilities

  • Work with the team to manage full spectrum of construction accounting and operational finance
  • Support monthly close processes
  • Variance analysis on monthly financial statements and reports
  • Project funding and cash management
  • Support SOX and various audits, processes and controls
  • Knowledge of local tax framework especially CA Study
  • Support internal control systems and the continual review of these systems
  • Assist with preparing presentations/reports for Management review

Job Requirements

  • Finance Degree, Chartered Accountant - ACCA, CFA, ISCA
  • Knowledge of GAAP and FRS
  • At least 10 years of diversified financial and accounting experience
  • Strong MS Office skills and knowledge of Macros/SQL/VBA is preferred
  • Meticulous, organized, analytical and a problem solver
  • Good written, oral communication and inter-personal skills
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
