Assistant / Manager - Clinical Operations

Overview:

Our Healthcare client is seeking a Assistant / Manager to contribute to the development and implementation of strategies aimed at seamlessly integrating care delivery in the selected Department within the organisation. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing the daily operations within the department, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource management, and adherence to safety protocols.

Job Description:

• Assist in managing daily operations within the department, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize workflow and enhance patient care processes.
• Assist stakeholders in implementing projects that align with the hospital's strategic plans in clinical and developmental services.
• Monitor project work plans to ensure proper deployment of resources and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure meetings are effectively organized and documented.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree.
• At least 9 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in healthcare administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Excellent written skills (English), oral communications and presentation skills.

For candidates with more working experience, they may be considered for a more senior position.
