As part of the iShopChangi marketing team—the tax and duty-free online platform of Changi Airport—you will take on a multi-faceted role that balances strategic storytelling with sales-driven execution in a business that uniquely blends the global appeal of travel retail with the agility of eCommerce.
In this role, you will helm high-impact anchor campaigns that drive sales growth and customer engagement across core categories—Beauty, Wines & Spirits, Electronics & Lifestyle—while effectively communicating our value proposition. These campaigns will require you to orchestrate multi-channel communications across influencers, paid media, CRM, content marketing, and digital platforms, ensuring a cohesive and compelling presence that attracts, engages, and converts shoppers across both non-travellers and traveller segments.

Job Descriptions:Campaign Strategy & Execution- Strategise, develop and implement an accelerated sales & marketing growth strategy targeting non-travellers and traveller segments.
- Handle end-to-end execution of major category initiatives including crafting of key messages, campaign mechanics and content framework across multiple publicity channels.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, overseeing creative development, media planning, asset production, and performance tracking with the support of agencies and stakeholders.
- Continually review campaign processes and post-campaign evaluations, identifying new ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of future sales campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gain insights into online shopper behavior, understand buyers’ and sellers’ behavior relative to iShopChangi, and identify opportunities to refine marketing strategies.
- Handle content management for anchor campaigns, including website banners, homepage updates, campaign landing pages, eDMs, and social media channels.
Multi-Channel Marketing & Communications- Orchestrate multi-channel marketing initiatives with stakeholders to maximize reach, ensure consistent messaging, and drive sales through influencer management, paid media, CRM (email marketing), and content marketing.
- Provide strategic oversight, ensuring seamless integration of creative direction, content messaging, and customer journey to align with campaign objectives.
Sales, Market Insights & Growth Optimisation- Collaborate with merchandising and commercial teams to align marketing efforts with category priorities, revenue targets, and platform growth strategies.
- Manage campaigns P&L to drive site profitability.
- Partner with the Partnerships team to identify, establish, and expand local strategic partnerships, strengthening anchor campaigns’ offerings and unique selling propositions (USPs) to enhance iShopChangi’s competitive position.
Requirements:- Minimally 3 years of working experience in brand management, category marketing or in creative agencies.
- Relevant industry experience in minimally two out of five of these categories: Beauty, Wines & Spirits, Electronics, and Lifestyle portfolio.
- Experience in developing and crafting campaign strategies with a proven track record of securing exponential sales and new customer growth.
- Excellent analytical capabilities, and negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong experience in briefing and managing multiple creative agencies and production agencies at any given point in time.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative with projects and anticipate issues of concern.
- Positive attitude and able to work independently, but also collaborate as an effective team member in shared knowledge and best practices.
- Disciplined organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills to broadly influence and effectively forge partnerships both internally and externally.
- Experience in digital campaign management and a background in e-Commerce will be an advantage.
