Working Hours: 9am to 6 pm (Mon-Fri) / Hybrid work arrangement

Salary Range: $6000 - $8,000 Per month

Assistant Manager, Business Accelerator

This role is part of the Singapore Infrastructure team, working with our business counterparts based out of different locations across Asia and Europe. Primary focus will be CoC sales divisions where you will be supporting the business to maintain stability, transforming applications, and supporting the delivery of enhancements/new projects. You will collaborate with customers, transformation/transition teams, and Digital foundation architects.
Building relationships to understand our customer is key. As a trusted technical advisor, you will use your interpersonal skills to influence a variety of stakeholders from technical teams to executives. You will help ensure their short-term technology decisions align with their long-term goals. Speeding up the adoption of our services will be part of your day-to-day.

Tasks and Deliverables

• Serve business demands of customer units by designing business-specific solutions based on standard services from the TAF Partner platform (own solution design only for exceptional cases)
• Support the Business Partner Manager in consulting business customers and ITx in technical questions regarding existing services out of the service portfolio (mainly focusing on the cloud environmental solutions out of Azure, AWS, DHC, etc.)
• Orchestrate the use/consumption of standard services from the TAF Partner platform and other IT-related services (topics out of scope TAF Partner)
• Supervise the implementation process from a technical perspective
• Ensure integrated solutions that satisfy business-specific needs (e.g., on plant/production operations level, automation control systems, facility management, etc.)
• Act as an interface to Technology Domain & Innovation Architects and Portfolio Management to develop the service catalogue
• Analyze and specify technical requirements for infrastructure that require profound expert knowledge
• Support on "last level" for complex environment issues based on deep application and platform know-how
• Responsible for translating customer needs and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals.
• Work with architectural leads in building highly resilient, scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure for hosting the business applications.
• Ensure timely update and maintenance of system documentation including system recovery and AR/DR documents

Requirement:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT consulting (plan/build/run) on infrastructure services
• 3 to 5 years of experience/exposure in cloud-related architectures (define, implement, set-up phases)
• Experience in Project Management
• Experience in IT Infrastructure
• Experience operating as a Solutions Architect with knowledge across different domains
• Working knowledge of cloud-native architectures like Azure, AWS, etc.
• Good communication skills to help customers understand impacts and benefits of technology, move the projects to the desired change state and help communicate transformation journeys
• Foster a highly effective teamwork environment where accountability, clear effective communication, and a high level of customer service is demonstrated
• Understanding of agile and waterfall methods and processes, and capability of supporting agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact, and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt
• Ensure adequate escalation management as part of the end-to-end service responsibility Knowledge of information security principles and best practices
