Join to apply for the Assistant Manager, Brand Marketing role at Carlsberg Group.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Assistant Brand Manager to join our local marketing team. This role will focus on co-leading the brand strategy for Connor’s Stout Porter, Somersby, and potentially new brands in the Beyond Beer category. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Brand Manager to shape the brand portfolio strategy and commercial success. The role requires working with agencies and internal teams to ensure alignment across all touchpoints, driving brand growth and commercial success.


WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
  • Drive Commercial Success: Develop a sound understanding of the business landscape, staying attuned to market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities. Analyze business data, anticipate challenges, and identify areas for growth.
  • Co-Lead Brand Strategy: Partner with the Brand Manager to develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that drive growth and elevate the brand presence.
  • Brand Activation & Campaign Management: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and activations that promote the brands and increase consumer engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across sales, product development, and trade marketing to ensure alignment on brand strategies.
  • Brand Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand health and provide regular reports to optimize ongoing strategies.
  • Agency & Partner Management: Collaborate with agencies to ensure brand consistency across digital and offline campaigns.
  • Market & Consumer Insights: Gather market and consumer insights to guide brand decisions and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Social Media Strategy & Content Champion: Take ownership of the social media strategy and execution, ensuring the brands have a strong digital presence.

ARE YOU THE ONE?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG or the fast-paced retail industry.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convince multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.
