Job Responsibilities:

1. Department Organization & Planning: Create and maintain a flexible department structure and regularly update the business plan.
2. Productivity & Efficiency: Track key performance metrics and improve workflow for better efficiency, customer service, and cost control.
3. Vendor Relationships: Build strong relationships with vendors (airlines, trucking companies), review performance, and make improvements as needed.
4. Business Development: Work with sales to grow the business, offer competitive pricing and solutions, and help onboard new clients.
5. Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and communicate them effectively to the team.
6. Process & System Improvement: Implement system changes, suggest improvements, and keep customer procedures up to date, while fostering a positive work environment.

Job Requirement(s):

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in air freight supervision or management.
2. Experience with CargoWise is a plus.
3. Preferably completed IATA/FIATA Introductory Course.
4. Strong understanding of market trends and air freight products.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
