Overview
Oversee NUHS Primary Care Network (PCN) at assigned region, and provide administrative and ops support for NUHS GP Partners and GP Lead. Oversee the partnership with Family Medicine Clinics, PCN and FMC related audits and involved in developing training for GPs.

Job Responsibilities

1. Support in NUHS Primary Care Network (PCN) Operations and Administration
   1. Oversee the NUHS PCN operations at assigned region
   2. Engage existing and potential NUHS GPs for enrolment
   3. Engage service providers for ancillary services and oversee the service agreement
   4. Support NUHS PCN for COVID-related matters
   5. Support NUHS PCN for right-siting and sub-drug related matters
   6. Oversee the NUHS PCN administration at assigned region
   7. Organise quarterly meetings and be a secretariat for quarterly meetings
   8. Manage NUHS PCN-related claims and reimbursement
   9. Oversee tagging of patients to NUHS PCN programme and GPs
2. PCN and Family Medicine Clinics (FMC) and FMC Audit
   1. Oversee the partnership with FMC partners
   2. Support the administrative duties related to FMC
   3. Engage FMC as service provider to NUHS PCN
   4. Oversee the PCN and FMC audit
   5. Enforce appropriate internal controls
   6. Work with internal stakeholders to support Healthier SG developments and initiatives as required
3. Any other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree preferably in health and social related fields
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare related experience
• Good interpersonal skills and team player
• Note: At times, you may be required to meet our partners on Saturdays and weekday evenings
