Assistant Manager

Reporting to the Regional Manager & Store Manager, the candidate has to show the following characteristics:

1. Results focused - you must have a strong sales focus and proven results in the following areas:
2. Good Store Presentation and Visual Merchandising Skills
3. Experience in Rosters and Labour Wage control
4. Good Inventory Management and Loss Prevention
5. Previous experience in a Retail / FMCG environment
6. A Multi Tasker - To be able to Prioritise and juggle your tasks
7. FUN!!! – You can do all of the above with a smile on your face and maintain a positive attitude, you lead by example to ensure excellent customer service and seek to ensure you provide every customer with a smile and a giggle!
