Main Duties And Responsibilities

  • Assist & support shipping / store activities for both materials & finished products.
  • Perform materials handling and store management duties, plan and manage to ensure inventories quantities are accurate.
  • Data entry into ERP system.
  • Stock picking based on job pick list given.
  • Perform periodic physical stock count and inventory cycle count.
  • Perform documentation filing and housekeeping of system and physical area.
  • Assist in formulating and developing inventory strategy.
  • To ensure packaging are proper before shipment.
  • Assist in planning and organizing store activities to ensure materials are issued timely.
  • Any other job-related activities assigned.

Main Job Specifications / Requirements

  • GCE “O/N/A” Level/ Nitec Certification/Diploma.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
  • Able to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Experience in Logistics – shipping /store material handling functions.
