Job Description & Requirements

SALARY DEPENDS ON THE FOLLOWING:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

To provide a safe and secure environment for children to feel comfortable.

1. To undertake the teaching and care of a class to ensure high quality learning or care takes place.
2. To maintain professional dialogue with colleagues concerning the children, parents, and other colleagues in the school.
3. To assist in all aspects of classroom management.
4. To observe and use a variety of methods to record children’s holistic development. Keep appropriate records of achievement for each child in class and provide individual child’s portfolios/reports.
5. To build positive links between yourself and parents of children under your care.
6. Be a team player with a positive attitude.
7. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Have a passion for children.
9. Able to work well as part of a team.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:

Chinese language or English language proficiency is required.

Job Requirements:

1. Must possess at least one of the following Early Childhood certifications:

• Fundamental certificate in Early Childhood.
