This role is critical for NBS (National Billing System) as the incumbent has to project manage ongoing change requests as well as being part of the team to support the system which handles the charging and charge codes under NBS.
Role & Responsibilities
Assist theFunctional Lead of theNational Charging Platform (NCP) within NBS programme to manage the functional workshop activities and facilitate functional analysis and design.
Co-create functional materials and manage users throughout the analyse and design phase to achieve successful analyse and design outcome.
Assist in project management activities such as booking of resources, taking minutes, recording of meetings etc.
Lead in cross functional activities arising from related issues and matters originating from NCP.
Work closely with project teams from other NBS tracks as well as teams from other projects impacted or impacting NBS, NBS champions, NBS user workgroups and other stakeholders to:
Assess current state (when needed), analyse stated requirements of stakeholders and define business needs within specified scope
Understand and analyse user specifications within the project scope
Assist in the planning for migration and implementation of the system
Plan and facilitate design workshops and
Create documentation including business requirements and process flows (when needed).
Escalate potential conflicts, issues and changes to ensure stakeholders and project team remain in agreement on the solution andscope of work.
Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve business problems.
Involvement in the system integration testing and user acceptance testing phase.
Involvement in Full Dress Rehearsals prior to implementation.
Assist to plan and coordinate end-user training for any system implementations or enhancements.
Liaise closely with business users and stakeholdersto build good rapport.
Liaise closely with vendors in project documentation, management, application testing, supporting application patches and upgrades in accordance with project methodologies and policies.
Support the team in achieving project deliverables, project tracking and documentation.
Partner stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of NBS solution.
Requirements
Successful track record in project management, user and vendor management and as a project lead for small to mid-scale projects.
Team player with strong organization and people handling skills.
Strong in process and business workflow.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with ability to canvass ideas and influencestakeholders.
Result and customer oriented.
Experience in SAP applications such as BRIM, CM, CC, HANA, FICO, MM, SD, BASIS etc. preferred.
Experience inMS Windows environment & application support is essential.
Experience in healthcare industry and/or interface integrationis an added advantage.
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
