Assistant Key Accounts Manager

Basic: $3,300 - $3,700

Min. Experience: 3 years

Your Daily Work revolves around:

  1. Identifying and Developing Opportunities: You will be analyzing industry data, identifying and developing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships from emerging markets and trends in the toys & games industry. Lead generation through networking is crucial as well. This knowledge will aid you in progressing into a Key Account Manager as your career progresses with us.
  2. Brand Expertise: You will need to have a strong understanding of Play Nation products, consumer targets, and product lines. Developing assets to educate accounts on Play Nation brands and creating account/channel specific strategies for sell-in including curating a product assortment.
  3. Relationship Management: You will work on assisting the Key Account Manager to establish connections with Key Managers handling the accounts for various channels and work on cultivating/developing strong relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, partners, and vendors.
  4. Planning, Forecasting, and Getting Hands-On: You will be assisting the Key Account Manager to plan the delivery routes for the rider/driver fleet and will also be required to head down to various locations to assist with merchandising works from time to time.
  5. Cross-Functional Partnerships: Regular communications with internal departments (Logistics, Design team) are crucial to ensure the needs of all sales channels and working partners are met.

What we require you to have:

  • Min Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, with foundational knowledge of data analysis and decision making.
  • 2-3 years proven experience in the field of business development, sales, FMCG, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, planning, and organization skills.
  • Ability to work with a cross-functional team.
  • Sophisticated level of Excel/PowerPoint/PC skills.
  • Passion for the Games & Toys Industry will be a plus.

Additional Info:
