Job description
Responsibilities
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned key accounts.
Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company, gaining a deep understanding of the client's business, goals, challenges, and decision-making processes.
Work closely with internal teams to provide customized, value-driven solutions that meet the client’s specific needs.
Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand the business with key accounts.
Create and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, client retention, and satisfaction.
Maintain comprehensive records of all client interactions, communications, and agreements in the CRM system.
Contribute to the development of company-wide key account management strategies and best practices.
Represent the company and promote brand awareness at key client events and meetings.
Job Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools (e.g., Salesforce).
