Assistant IT Manager (2 years contract)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support SAP (FICO, MM, PS, Ariba) & budgeting systems.
• Identify and address operational inefficiencies, conflicting business practices and integration issues, recommending suitable alternatives.
• Deliver project deliverables and service requests according to the given project schedule and with quality.
• Able to take lead in project assignments and manage its scope and key stakeholders.
• Able to handle interfaces from non-SAP systems to SAP modules & vice-versa.
• Manage business users and analyze business requirements.
• Drive good project management practices and governance within the IT team.
• Able to develop user guides and conduct training for staff when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent field with at least 5 years of SAP Finance techno-functional experience and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Functional and Technical Competencies in the following:
  • SAP Finance/MM/PS modules.
  • SAP ABAP and Adaptive Planning (Workday) will be an added advantage.
• Excellent project leading, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication, capable of interacting with all levels of management and staff.
