Assistant Investment Manager

Our client, a Billion Dollar Family Office is looking for highly motivated and self-starter professionals to join their Investments Team.

This role involves supporting the management of a diversified investment portfolio, with responsibilities that include performance monitoring, reporting, conducting in-depth research, and performing due diligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports while monitoring portfolio performance.
• Manage the month-end Treasury and Investment Report, summarizing activities across various investment portfolios.
• Ensure smooth operations of the family office investment system with accurate and efficient processes.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and review of existing portfolio holdings.
• Develop investment ideas and perform market research to support decision-making.
• Perform comprehensive due diligence on fund managers and investment opportunities.
• Summarize key insights from calls and meetings with fund managers and stakeholders.
• Review and analyze subscription and investment documents for accuracy and compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in wealth management
• Bachelor’s degree, with CFA or MBA qualifications preferred.
