Assist in developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Review and manage the benefits program
Ensure regulatory compliance throughout human resource management
Stay updated in HR legislation and effects changes or makes recommendations for change to keep the company practices in compliance with the employment laws and guidelines in Singapore
Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g., CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor in Business Administration / Management / HRM
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant capacity, preferably in Construction
To have the knowledge and proficiency with the Timesoft Software
Ability to build and maintain positive relationship with colleagues
Strong leadership qualities
Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
Able to start immediately or within a short notice
