What The Role Is

As an Assistant Human Resource (HR) Executive/ HR Executive, Recruitment, in the HR Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will support the recruitment, selection and appointment of Education Officers, Allied Educators, MOE Kindergarten Educators or Executive and Administrative Staff for schools and MOE Headquarters.

What You Will Be Working On

1. Provide good administrative, operational and logistical support to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment, selection and deployment of suitable applicants to meet the staffing needs in schools/ HQ divisions.
2. Assist in the shortlisting of applicants and scheduling of interviews.
3. Prepare, verify and process documents pre- and post-interviews.
4. Handle queries from interested applicants and prospective employees.
5. Maintain and update HR data records as well as analyse data for reporting.

3. Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced working environment.
4. Comfortable with handling different profiles of customers and stakeholders.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with using IT systems.
