We are seeking an experienced Assistant Human Resource Business Partner Manager to join our dynamic team at Super Bean International Pte Ltd. In this full-time role based in the East Region, you will play a key part in supporting the overall HR strategy and initiatives across the organisation.
What you'll be doing
Providing strategic HR consulting and advisory services to business leaders and managers
Partnering with stakeholders to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities
Developing and implementing HR policies, programmes and initiatives that align with the company's goals
Driving employee engagement and retention efforts through performance management, learning and development
Overseeing HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits
Collaborating with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices
Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
What we're looking for
3-5 years of experience as an HR business partner, consultant or generalist
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and support strategic business priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in HR data analysis and using insights to drive HR initiatives
Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field
