Assistant HR Manager (Up to $5500 Basic/West)

Summary:

To assist in managing a full spectrum of HR Functions including recruitment, talent development, training, organization development, compensation and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

1. Play a proactive role and contribute to the people development that align with the overall business strategy.
2. Partner with Department Head in talent management, identify the training needs and recommend internal or external training programs.
3. Competency development in line with business strategy.
4. Strategize and oversee manpower planning, recruitment, end to end on-boarding and off-boarding process.
5. Manage employee relations matters and able to advise Department Head in the management of employee relations, grievances and other people related issues.
6. Able to nurture a positive working environment and pro-actively addressing the current and potential issues.
7. Ensure compliance in both Company Policy, SOPs and Statutory Laws.
8. Hands-on in HR generalist functions including payroll.

Requirements:

1. Min. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years related working experience.
3. Good planning and organizing skills.
4. Good communication skills and able to work well with staff from all levels.
5. Able to work in fast-paced environment.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
