Job description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR practices, particularly in Singapore Labour Laws and Regulations. This role will require strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Culture/Organization Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage HR functions across the full spectrum with a focus on compliance with Singapore Labour Laws and Regulations.
  2. Lead Talent Acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  3. Design and implement Talent Development programs to nurture employees' skills and career growth.
  4. Drive Culture and Organization Development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
  5. Engage with front-line staff and executives at project sites to ensure HR strategies are effectively implemented.
  6. Be willing to work beyond regular hours and weekends when necessary to address work exigencies.

Requirements:

  1. Solid HR full spectrum experience with a deep understanding of Singapore Labour Laws and Regulations.
  2. Proven track record in Talent Acquisition and Talent Development within a dynamic work environment.
  3. Experience in implementing Culture and Organization Development strategies to foster a positive work culture.
  4. Comfortable engaging with front-line staff and executives across all levels of the organization.
  5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet project needs and deadlines.
  6. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
