Assistant HR Manager (Manufacturing, RBA Experience)

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with business goals.
2. Support the HR Manager in managing HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, training, and workforce planning.
3. Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
4. Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
5. Manage employee relations, performance management, and career development initiatives.
6. Supervise attendance tracking, leave administration, and timesheet verification.
7. Administer employee claims, benefits, and welfare programs.
8. Analyze HR metrics to enhance processes and improve employee satisfaction.
9. Lead employee welfare programs and engagement activities.
10. Work with ESG & Safety consultants to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
11. Manage external vendors to ensure effective security services.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including team leadership.
3. Strong knowledge of HR practices, Employment Acts, and regulations.
4. Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
6. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
7. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in manufacturing.
8. Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask.
9. Knowledge of audit or RBA is a plus.
10. Prior experience in leading and mentoring junior team members preferred.
