Job Responsibilities
  1. Take on all aspects of hands-on HR duties, including employee recruitment, work pass application, payroll, compensation, employee benefits, etc.
  2. Review and propose improvement to the workflow and procedures. Propose, implement/improve, and maintain HR system data integrity.
  3. Support Directors to establish and upgrade HR system and policies and propose improvements thereof.
  4. Perform daily HR duties to cover the absence of other HR staff or subordinates.
  5. Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements.
  6. Manage and allocate employee schedules for qualification renewal, training, health checkups, etc.
  7. Attend physical/on-line seminars to learn and collect up-to-date HR information and apply to MPCS HR system, as necessary.
Requirement
  1. Diploma/Degree in business, management or human resource discipline.
  2. A minimum of 3-5 year of dedicated HR role covering full HR spectrum.
  3. Proficient in English & Japanese language (JLPT N2 level) to liaise with internal and external Japanese stakeholders.
