HR Business Partner (Assistant Manager)

Location: Bukit Batok
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm

Responsibilities

• Manage HR functions in Singapore, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and HR policies.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies with the Group HR Manager.
• Collaborate with MY HR team on sourcing and onboarding for SG and MY employees.
• Support HRIS implementation across SG and MY with HR & Admin teams.
• Assist with internal audits and regulatory compliance.
• Foster a unified company culture aligned with group values.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR practices with organizational goals.
• Take on additional tasks from Senior Management and Group HR Manager.
