Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm, Mon-Fri

Location: Town

Salary: Up to $6500 (with AWS and VB)

Reporting Manager: Senior HR Manager

Responsibilities

  1. Partner with Head of Departments and Restaurant Managers to align HR strategies and business goals.
  2. Support internal stakeholders in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, Learning & Development, offboarding, etc.
  3. Manage all recruitment activities, manpower planning, and generate costing reports for your brand.
  4. Conduct regular workforce analysis to identify trends and recommend action plans to address gaps in productivity or morale, including regular outlet visits.
  5. Identify training needs, track records, and coordinate with external training organizations.
  6. Support and advise internal stakeholders on all HR-related matters including handling employee queries, grievance mediation, and disciplinary actions.
  7. Maintain and ensure up-to-date employee data and records on the HR system.
  8. Drive culture change and establish HR best practices organization-wide.
  9. Review and improve HR workflow, policies, and procedures for better efficiency.
  10. Ensure all HR practices are compliant with local labor laws and industry-specific regulations.
  11. Serve as an internal consultant to foster team collaborations and resolve differences, promoting high productivity, performance, and continuous improvements.
  12. Lead audits and reviews of HR processes to maintain operational excellence.
  13. Mentor and guide junior HR team members.
  14. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  1. Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or service industry with some managerial exposure.
  3. Experience with Infotech (HRIS) is an added advantage.
  4. Proactive, with excellent follow-through to achieve results under tight deadlines.
  5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  6. A good team player and able to work under minimal supervision.
  7. Possess strong communication skills, time management skills, and problem-solving abilities.
