Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR records, contracts, policies, payroll coordination, and attendance. Provide HR support to business units.
  • Oversee recruitment, assess manpower needs, onboard new hires, and manage employee welfare (medical, insurance, etc.).
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and succession strategies with senior management.
  • Identify skill gaps, coordinate training programs, and implement strategies to improve productivity and retention.
  • Address grievances neutrally, resolve conflicts, and enhance communication between employees and management.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety standards, and maintain records for audits and inspections.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of HR generalist experience in the construction or infrastructure sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, payroll management, and compliance.
  • Experience in handling on-site workforce and blue-collar employees is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS systems is an advantage.
