Assistant HR Manager

You will support key human resource functions of compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, business partnering and HR data reporting.

Job Responsibilities

1. Support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
2. Support the formulation and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
3. Act as a key HR partner to employees across different functions, ensuring HR policies and practices are effectively communicated and implemented.
4. Manage benefits administration and compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
5. Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale and retention.
6. Support learning and development programs.
7. Support initiatives to improve HR processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability as the company grows.
8. Serve as the primary contact for all employee queries and HR-related matters.
9. Support performance appraisal exercises in collaboration with department heads.
10. Support grievance management and disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Proven working experience as HRBP.
3. High integrity and professionalism.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
6. People oriented and results driven.
7. Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
8. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
9. Strong stakeholder management.
10. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
11. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices.
